Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how PNLGEN ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our crypto screenshot and PnL image generation software.

Account information may include email address, authentication metadata, session state, display information, wallet address, connected wallet state, and product token balance.

Generated-content data may include values, symbols, labels, visible wallet addresses, uploaded assets, selected templates, generated actions, download actions, copy actions, share actions, and render metadata.

Usage data may include page views, clicks, feature usage, timestamps, authentication events, rate-limit events, errors, browser, device, referrer, IP address, user agent, and security metadata.

Payment information may include invoice ID, payment status, selected product, amount, currency, network, wallet/payment metadata, and provider customer or transaction identifiers. Full card data, wallet private keys, and seed phrases are not stored by PNLGEN.

Technical data may include cookies, local storage, analytics IDs, browser type, device type, screen size, performance data, and similar service-operation data.

We use information to provide and operate the Service, authenticate users, render images, export files, process premium downloads, credit token balances, enforce limits, prevent abuse, debug errors, detect fraud and security threats, send essential service messages, and improve the product.

We do not use generated images as proof of any real trade, balance, payment, token position, wallet ownership, or platform activity.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only as needed with infrastructure, hosting, backend, analytics, payment, wallet, security, and support providers, or when required by law.

PNLGEN may rely on third-party services including Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for backend data and authentication, PostHog and Google Analytics for analytics, wallet connection providers for authentication flows, and NOWPayments or similar providers for crypto payment processing.

Those providers may process data under their own terms, policies, infrastructure, retention rules, and security practices. PNLGEN does not control every action those providers take.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for as long as needed to operate the Service, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, maintain business records, and protect security.

Generated-content history, payment records, analytics events, and logs may be retained for different periods depending on operational, legal, security, and product-improvement needs.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account or associated data, export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise privacy rights, email privacy@pnlgen.org. You can also stop using the Service if you do not agree with this Privacy Policy.

PNLGEN uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, service operation, preferences, analytics, session recording, rate limiting, abuse prevention, beta product improvement, and security.

We use PostHog, Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and similar tools to understand how users move through the product, what they click, which features they use, what they generate, and where the product breaks. These tools may receive technical data such as IP address, browser, device, page URL, events, and session data.

The cookie notice in the product informs users that these technologies are used. It does not disable analytics by itself. You can use browser controls to delete or block cookies and local storage, but some features may stop working.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures such as HTTPS, provider-side authentication controls, access restrictions, and rate limiting. Despite our efforts, no internet service can guarantee perfect security, availability, confidentiality, or permanent storage.

Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, passwords, identity documents, sensitive wallet data, or information that you cannot risk exposing, losing, or having processed by third-party services.

The Service is not directed at children under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will delete it where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes may be announced by email, in-app notice, or updated page date.
