When you use PNLGEN, we may process technical and usage data such as IP address, browser, device details, referring page, page views, clicks, generated actions, download actions, copy actions, share actions, session timing, and error information.

If you connect a wallet, we may process your wallet address, authentication state, token balance in the product, premium download activity, and related service records.

If you create or check a payment, payment metadata may be processed by NOWPayments and by our backend so the product can create invoices, check payment status, credit tokens, and handle payment webhooks.

PNLGEN uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, service operation, preferences, analytics, session recording, abuse prevention, and beta product improvement.

We use PostHog analytics to understand how users move through the product, what they click, which features they use, what they generate, and where the product breaks. PostHog may receive technical data such as IP address, browser, device, page URL, events, and session data.

The cookie notice in the product informs users that these technologies are used. It does not disable analytics by itself.

We use data to operate the product, authenticate users, provide premium downloads, process payments, prevent abuse, debug errors, understand beta usage, improve templates, and make product decisions.

We do not use generated images as proof of any real trade, balance, payment, or platform activity.

PNLGEN may rely on third-party services including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for backend data, PostHog for analytics, wallet connection providers for authentication flows, and NOWPayments for crypto payment processing.

Those providers may process data under their own terms, policies, infrastructure, retention rules, and security practices. PNLGEN does not control every action those providers take.

We keep data for as long as needed to operate the beta, analyze usage, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security, availability, or permanent storage. You should not submit information that you cannot risk exposing, losing, or having processed by third-party services.

You can use browser controls to delete or block cookies and local storage. Some product features may stop working if you block authentication, payment, analytics, or storage technologies.

You can stop using the service if you do not agree with this Privacy Policy.
