You may use PNLGEN to create demonstration images, prototypes, memes, drafts, educational examples, and personal visual content, provided you do not misrepresent the output as an official platform record.

You are responsible for reviewing each generated image before publishing, sharing, selling, or relying on it.

You must not use PNLGEN for fraud, phishing, impersonation, market manipulation, scams, fake receipts, fake account statements, misleading investment claims, deceptive advertising, harassment, unlawful activity, or any attempt to make generated images look like verified platform evidence.

You must not remove context in a way that causes viewers to believe a generated image came from a real exchange, broker, wallet, protocol, payment processor, or account owner.

Generated images are synthetic demonstration content. They may include fictional balances, fictional positions, fictional PnL, fictional dates, fictional symbols, fictional payment states, and platform-inspired visual references.

PNLGEN does not verify whether the data you enter or generate is true. PNLGEN does not certify any trade, wallet, account, payment, token, or platform event.

Premium downloads, token balances, and payment flows may depend on third-party services such as NOWPayments, blockchain networks, wallets, Supabase, and hosting providers.

Crypto payments can be delayed, fail, settle on the wrong network, include wrong amounts, or become irreversible. You are responsible for checking payment details before sending funds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNLGEN disclaims liability for payment processor issues, blockchain issues, wallet issues, exchange rate changes, fees, failed invoices, delayed credits, and user mistakes.

PNLGEN is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise that the service will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every browser, or accepted by any third-party platform.

Templates, logos, names, layouts, payment features, analytics, premium downloads, and generated images may change, break, or disappear without notice.

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you create, export, publish, sell, or share.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to hold PNLGEN and its operator harmless from claims, losses, damages, fees, disputes, and enforcement actions arising from your generated content, misuse, payments, data choices, or breach of these terms.
