Terms of Use

By accessing or using PNLGEN ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to use the Service.

PNLGEN is a browser-based software product for creating editable crypto PnL cards, trading screenshot mockups, wallet screenshot mockups, token recap images, memes, examples, and related visual exports.

PNLGEN is not an exchange, wallet provider, broker, payment processor, investment service, financial adviser, trading venue, verification provider, or official record system. Generated outputs are synthetic demonstration content.

Some features may require an email account, wallet authentication, or both. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, wallet, device, session, and any activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information where required and must not use another person's email, wallet, payment method, or identity without permission.

You agree not to use PNLGEN for fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, fake receipts, fake account statements, misleading investment claims, market manipulation, deceptive advertising, unlawful activity, harassment, or any attempt to make generated images look like verified platform evidence.

You agree not to generate or publish content that violates law, infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, promotes illegal activity, targets protected groups with hateful or harassing content, or fabricates platform actions, wallet ownership, trading performance, payment status, refunds, account balances, or official statements.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, automate abusive requests, bypass rate limits, overload the Service, resell raw service access without permission, or interfere with security controls.

PNLGEN software, brand, design, code, and related materials are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain responsibility for the values, labels, images, addresses, prompts, source material, and other content you enter. Generated outputs are provided for your personal, educational, editorial, product, social, or internal business use, subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

PNLGEN may use anonymized and aggregated usage patterns, events, exports, and product interactions to improve the Service, prevent abuse, and make product decisions.

Generated outputs are mockups only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, labeling, and validating every output before it is shared, published, sold, relied on, or presented to anyone else.

You remain solely responsible for trading decisions, tax treatment, legal compliance, advertising claims, payment decisions, published captions, context around generated images, and any consequence of your use of the Service.

Payments and paid features may be processed by third-party payment providers, crypto payment processors, wallets, blockchain networks, Supabase, hosting providers, and other infrastructure partners.

By purchasing a plan, token pack, premium export, credit pack, or paid feature, you also agree to the terms displayed by the relevant payment provider or checkout flow.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Output quality depends on the values, assets, template, browser, and infrastructure used and may vary.

Templates, logos, names, layouts, payment features, analytics, premium downloads, generated images, and account features may change, break, or disappear without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNLGEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, trading, payment, blockchain, tax, legal, or platform-related damages, including loss of profits, data, use, business, or account access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, sessions, wallets, paid features, or access that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, security rules, or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your access ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes may be announced by email, in-app notice, or updated page date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
