Acceptable Use Policy

PNLGEN is a software tool that creates editable crypto PnL cards, trading screenshot mockups, wallet screenshot mockups, token recap images, memes, examples, and educational visuals from values and assets you provide or generate.

PNLGEN is not an exchange, broker, wallet provider, payment processor, trading service, investment adviser, identity verifier, proof-of-funds provider, adult content product, dating service, companion product, or official record system.

You may not use the Service to generate, request, store, export, publish, or distribute fraudulent, illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or misleading content.

You may not use the Service for phishing, impersonation, fake receipts, fake account statements, fake proof of funds, fabricated exchange screenshots, fabricated wallet ownership, misleading investment claims, market manipulation, scams, deceptive advertising, harassment, or unlawful activity.

You may not use the Service to create content that sexualizes minors, promotes illegal activity or regulated goods, targets protected groups with hateful or violent content, infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, or deceives viewers into believing generated content is verified platform evidence.

You may not remove context, crop disclosures, or add captions in a way that causes viewers to believe a generated image came from a real exchange, broker, wallet, protocol, payment processor, account owner, or official support channel.

No reverse engineering, scraping, automated abuse, credential attacks, rate-limit circumvention, resale of raw service access, payment abuse, wallet abuse, or use that overloads, degrades, probes, or destabilizes the Service.

All outputs are mockups. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every output before it is sent, published, sold, shared, or used in any external context.

We may review usage signals, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict wallets, block sessions, remove content, deny refunds, or limit access that violates this Policy. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to relevant authorities or affected platforms.
