Public Offer Agreement
This Public Offer Agreement is an official offer by the operator of the PNLGEN service to enter into a paid digital services agreement on the terms below. Acceptance is performed by paying for a premium download, token pack, plan, or other paid feature on https://pnlgen.org.
1. Subject of the Agreement
The Operator provides the User with access to the PNLGEN software service: browser-based creation and export of crypto PnL cards, trading screenshot mockups, wallet screenshot mockups, meme coin recap images, examples, and related digital tools.
The Service is provided online, without physical delivery. Access is granted by enabling the corresponding account feature, premium download, token balance, credit pack, or paid capability after successful payment confirmation.
2. Acceptance and Conclusion
Acceptance of this Offer is performed by paying for a plan, token pack, premium export, credit pack, or other paid feature. Such payment constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer.
The Agreement is concluded when the Operator receives successful payment confirmation from the payment provider, blockchain network, or relevant checkout flow.
3. Tariffs and Service Description
The current list of plans, prices, included limits, token packs, premium exports, and features is shown inside the product or checkout flow on https://pnlgen.org. Prices, supported networks, payment methods, and included limits may change over time.
If a feature is marked beta, experimental, limited, or unavailable, the Operator may change, suspend, or remove it without separate notice.
4. Payment Procedure
Payments may be processed by independent payment providers, crypto payment processors, wallets, blockchain networks, and infrastructure partners. PNLGEN does not store full card data and does not control blockchain confirmation time, network fees, exchange rates, or wallet behavior.
Payment is considered initiated when the User confirms the order on the checkout page, wallet, payment invoice, or payment provider page. Payment is considered complete only after the relevant provider or network confirms settlement to the Operator.
5. Service Provision Terms
Digital access, token credits, premium exports, or paid account features are activated automatically after successful payment confirmation where technically possible.
If automatic activation fails, the User should contact support with payment details. The Operator may manually credit the account, reissue access, or process the case under the Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Refund procedure is defined in the Refund Policy. Provider commissions, blockchain fees, network fees, and irreversible third-party costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
7. Rights and Obligations
The Operator undertakes to maintain access to the Service in accordance with the selected feature or plan and to process User data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The User undertakes to pay for the Service in accordance with the selected feature or plan, comply with the Terms of Use, and use generated images only in lawful and non-misleading ways.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". The Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, reputational, trading, payment, blockchain, or platform-related damages resulting from use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the specific paid feature or period in which the breach occurred.
9. Term and Termination
The Agreement remains in effect while the User has access to the Service, an active paid feature, or unused credits. Either party may terminate access subject to the Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and applicable law.
10. Final Provisions
Disputes are resolved in accordance with applicable law. Operator contact details and email channels are listed on the Contacts page.
