Service Delivery Terms

PNLGEN provides digital service access through the Internet. There is no physical delivery. These terms describe how access is granted, timing, and delivery cost.

1. Type of Delivery

The Service is provided exclusively in electronic form. The User receives access to the web interface, account features, token credits, premium exports, and related digital functionality of PNLGEN.

Physical media, hardware, printed materials, shipping, courier delivery, and offline installation are not provided.

2. Method of Delivery

Access is granted by activating the selected feature, enabling an account capability, crediting token or credit balances, or allowing premium export in the User's account or browser session on https://pnlgen.org.

Authentication may be performed through email/password, wallet authentication, session cookies, local storage, or other product-supported methods.

3. Delivery Cost

The cost of digital access is included in the selected plan, token pack, credit pack, premium export, or paid feature. There are no additional physical delivery charges.

Payment providers, crypto networks, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure may charge their own fees, network fees, gas fees, or conversion costs.

4. Delivery Time

Where technically possible, activation and crediting occur automatically within 5 minutes of confirmed payment settlement. In case of technical issues, the maximum expected activation time is 24 hours from payment confirmation.

If access is not granted within 24 hours after confirmed payment settlement, contact support and the issue will be reviewed under the Refund Policy.

5. Delivery Region

The Service is available online where access is technically possible, subject to applicable law, export-control rules, sanctions rules, payment-provider restrictions, wallet availability, and infrastructure availability.
