Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how PNLGEN reviews refund requests for paid digital features, premium downloads, token packs, plans, and credits.
1. Overview
Payments for PNLGEN may be processed by third-party payment providers, crypto payment processors, wallets, blockchain networks, and infrastructure partners. Refund requests are reviewed according to this policy, the payment provider's buyer flows, blockchain constraints, and any non-waivable consumer rights required by law.
Refunds are issued, where technically possible, to the same payment instrument, wallet, account, or payment route used for the original purchase. Refunds to a different account, to a third party, in cash, or through an unrelated method are not made unless required by law or explicitly approved by the Operator.
Provider commissions, blockchain network fees, gas fees, exchange-rate spreads, chargeback costs, processor fees, and irreversible third-party costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law. The refunded amount may therefore equal the paid amount minus non-recoverable provider or network costs.
Once a refund is approved and submitted to the payment provider or blockchain route, it may be a final financial operation that cannot be canceled or recalled by either party.
2. Subscription, Plan, and Feature Refunds
For first-time paid plans or account features, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if the paid feature did not materially work for you and you have not substantially used the paid benefit.
Subsequent renewals, repeated purchases, heavily used paid features, and already delivered premium exports are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel recurring features, if any, to stop future charges.
3. Token and Credit Refunds
Token packs, credit packs, and one-time digital purchases are refundable within 14 calendar days of purchase only if no tokens, credits, exports, or premium actions from that purchase have been used.
Once any token, credit, premium export, or paid action has been spent, generated, downloaded, or consumed, the purchase becomes non-refundable except where required by law.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@pnlgen.org with your order ID, invoice ID, wallet/payment reference, account email, and the reason for your refund request.
We will review and respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are processed by the payment provider, wallet route, or relevant payment channel; timing depends on that provider or network.
If an approved refund does not arrive within 10 business days after provider submission, contact support@pnlgen.org and we will help track it down.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of Terms of Use violations, Acceptable Use Policy violations, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, payment abuse, requests outside the refund window, already used token packs or credits, already delivered exports, or evidence that the paid feature was consumed.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
Any chargeback may trigger non-refundable processing fees charged by the payment provider. Such fees may be debited from the merchant regardless of the chargeback outcome.
7. Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
